Construction Crews Mobilize
for New Limestone Medical Center

[Limestone Medical Center Press Release, 4-23-2007]

Construction has begun in earnest on the new Limestone Medical Center in Groesbeck, TX.
The project will include a state of the art hospital featuring Wellness Environment
room designs, Level 4 Trauma Center, Facilities Maintenance and Purchasing
Building and Emergency Medical Services Division. At a cost of $21 million dollars,
the 61,000 sq. ft. project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2008.

Construction equipment and crews are mobilizing on Limestone Medical Center in Groesbeck, Texas as The Rowland Companies of Dallas begin the year long construction of the area's new state of the art hospital complex.

"We are more than ready to see this project up and running," said Penny U. Gray, CEO. "LMC had some delays due to utility issues, but we are moving very quickly now with the project."

Scheduled for completion in Spring of 2008, the entire project will include the almost 60,000 sq. ft., hospital facility, Emergency Medical Services division and Purchasing/Materials Maintenance Building. Gray said total square footage for the entire facility project is well over 61,000 sq. ft., at a cost of $21million.

"The Rowland Companies have the reputation of being a finely tuned machine, moving quickly on projects," said Gray. "We are fortunate to have this construction team in place. In the current construction environment, every day means money."

General Contractors for the New Limestone Medical Center is The Rowland Companies, a firm specializing in healthcare facilities. Design architect is CFP Group of Nashville, with ProjX, another Nashville firm, serving as project managers/owners advocates. Financial Advisor for the project is Consolidated Financial Resources, Inc. of Greenville, Texas. Room design is by the innovative Wellness Environments of Tennessee.

Gray said the financing and construction team came together enabling this project to progress quickly. "We have a group that functions as one unit. They know the challenges faced by rural healthcare facilities and have actually saved us millions in developing this project all the while creating a modern, patient focused facility that will be an asset to the community and the region." LMC's CEO explained the hospital building project actually began three years ago, but it was after securing the services of Consolidated Financial Resources, Inc. and Wellness Environments that the plan came together.

"CFRI and Wellness Environments stepped up to the plate, and with our Board of Trustees, re-developed a plan bringing ProjX, CFP and Rowland to the table. We couldn't be happier with the results."

"Our designs and techniques were the subject of discussion at the recent Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals conference in Dallas. Many hospitals were interested in the features of the New Limestone Medical Center, the design, financing and construction," commented Gray.
"This new facility is a testament to the will and dedication of the staff, Board of Directors, patients and families of Limestone Medical Center and our community. They deserve the best and the best is yet to come!"
